Dear Clients,

  We have had the honor getting to know you and your families since we began our company in 2015. As we move into uncertainty with the development of COVID-19, we want to ensure you and your family are taken care of.  

  If you find yourself in need of food, necessary items, or help, please let us know. Our crews travel all over Loudoun, Prince William, and Fairfax counties in VA and Union, Mecklenberg, and surrounding communities of Charlotte NC and are willing to lend a hand or drop off necessities where needed. We want you to feel supported and remind you that you are not alone in this.

  In regard to our cleaning and sanitizing services, our crews ARE still servicing properties and our office team is operating remotely as the nation continues to try and slow the spread of COVID-19. The entire company is taking measures in “social distancing” for the next 60 days. We have listed a few changes we are implementing below.

-We have trained staff and are certified in the sanitation procedures required by the CDC.

-We have moved to virtual staff meetings to limit interaction with each other. We have also staggered our morning start times with our crews to prevent groups in one place.

-No paperwork/door hangers will be left behind after your services have been complete. 

-We are completing daily cleaning procedures of all vehicles and requiring that all employees wear gloves while working. 

-If you prefer us not running an in-person consultations or sales appointment during the next 2-4 weeks then please send in pictures/videos to our staff via email and we’ll gladly review and provide a consultation via phone/email/video-call as needed. We will visit a property with no consultation in person as needed also where we can assess without contact with you or responsible party at that time.

*New sales estimates will still be scheduled, and our territory managers will call the client while on-site or email if preferred.
